Connecting Direct-to-Consumers
with OneASICS
After the pilot of ASICS' first membership program, OneASICS, the global running brand sought out to connect directly to their consumers in-stores and increase US membership sign-ups.
I&CO was tasked with creating a customer point of entry; a way for customers to access OneASICS sign-up in-store, learn about member benefits, and provide a unique incentive to further compel runners. With FIT Check, we created a mobile experience that provides runners of all levels with the tools to test and evaluate ASICS footwear.
As one of two product designers, my role included conducting qualitative research, the ideation of over 50+ member services, designing feature flows, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and working alongside PM's and ASICS' developers to deliver weekly sprint deliverables.

In just 1 year, OneASICS’ program growth reached over 50 million members globally.
The work on this project helped shaped I&CO’s research process for future clients, and as of 2021, continues to inform the strategy for ASICS Digital, OneASICS membership, and key activations.
